Intensive In-Community-Licensed Level
Licensed/Clinical level IIC services are provided by an experienced Master’s level licensed therapist (LCSW, LCADC, LPC, LMFT) in the family’s home or community. Services are individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Therapy is short term and solution focused.
Licensed/Clinical-level intensive in-community services may include, but are not
limited to the following services without additional clinical supervision:
- Individual or family therapy;
- Allied behavioral therapies and modalities, including, but not limited to, play therapy, art therapy, drama therapy, and/or music therapy;
- Clinical consultation/evaluation;
- Psycho-educational instruction related to mental health; and
- Counseling
Clinical services are targeted to children and families requiring a more clinically intensive level of service provision, based upon clinical evaluation and determination of need. The service is included in an approved, written, detailed plan of care.
